Link Vision
Retail Growth

Three à-la-carte retail growth options for seven Brisbane Op Shops - website cart, loyalty campaigns, and Google Business Profile optimisation. Board picks any combination. Built for board review.

The
Situation

03
03 - Context

Retail needs a
scrappier plan.

Organic Facebook and Instagram posts are reaching existing supporters but not driving meaningful foot traffic. One post did convert - an $800 in-store purchase - but that is the exception. Salvos, Vinnies, and Lifeline are years ahead online. Link Vision needs a leaner path that fits staff capacity across seven stores.

"Compile a formal proposal outlining what Ven can execute and price, alongside strategic ideas, so it can go to the board."

- LinkVision x Ven meeting · 14 Sep 2026 · Terry O'Neill
Current site (linkvision.org.au) is WordPress + Astra + Elementor with donation payments already live (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay Link). This proposal expands that foundation - it does not rebuild the whole site.
À-la-carte options (not a locked package): shopping cart expansion, email + SMS campaign setup, and Google Business Profile optimisation across all seven stores - choose any one, two, or all three. Open to negotiation and scope changes to meet board budget. eBay and Facebook Marketplace remain DIY - not priced by Ven.

Not proposed / DIY only: eBay store setup and Facebook Marketplace local-pickup strategy. Both need daily staff effort for months. Useful later - not in this Ven investment.
